Wild Nanny Goat & Forking Mint Sauce

We loved the Wild Meat Sauce that we use in our Wild Pork Pies by the Glasseye Creek Sauce Co so we just couldn’t resist the opportunity their new ‘Forking Mint Sauce’ presented to be matched with tender slow-cooked wild nanny goat, and we weren’t disappointed! Nanny goat is an entirely new tasting experience waiting for you! It has a very mild flavour profile, similar to that of lamb and is one of the most environmentally responsible meats you can eat. This pie has fast become a new favourite amongst our most loyal pie-eating fans. See below for the full ingredients list. Contains gluten, egg and dairy products.

INGREDIENTS:

Wild nanny goat, celery, onions, garlic, lemon, herbs, spices, venison stock (venison, tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, herbs, salt, pepper), butter (cream, salt), egg, milk, flour, tapioca starch. *Contains gluten, egg and dairy products. Forking Mint Sauce Ingredients: Red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, premium mint, aged mustard, capers, sugar, salt, preservative (E202).

Consume within five days or freeze. For best results heat in an oven at 160° - 180° for 15-20 minutes. If heating from frozen, defrost fully at room temperature before heating. We don't recommend heating pies in a microwave, unless you like a soggy pie!
